• We are the only Day Centers of its kind in the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and surrounding areas meeting this critical need for participants and families.
• Each Center has a nurse on staff to ensure that our participants’ health is monitored closely.
• We provide transportation to and from The Centers in wheelchair accessible vans – subject to availability.
• Each participant has a unique care plan and support for families and participants alike.
• The Centers have therapeutic gardens with raised beds, as well as, a Certified Horticultural Therapist who provides a unique therapy program through gardening projects.
• We have a wonderful woodworking program.
• We work closely with the VA and NACOG who sponsor eligible participants.
• A mix of both men and woman participants ensure better socialization opportunities for all.
