The Centers Adult Day Services (CADS) in Prescott and Prescott Valley welcome adults (18 or older) who are dealing with strokes, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, developmental disabilities, confusion or head injuries as well as those who are lonely or need health monitoring or socialization during the day. Caregivers benefit enormously from a little “time off” knowing that their loved one is with a caring, nurturing staff.
“Dad took to it like a duck to water. He loved the staff, the food, the ceramics, the gardening class, everything! The most unexpected benefit is what The Center has meant to Mom and me. Now we feel free to leave the house with no dreaded feeling of needing to rush home to ‘check on Dad’. We know he is not only safe but also happy. He is surrounded by staff who not only do their jobs superbly, but have a genuine sense of caring.”
