• The “Customer Satisfaction Survey” just doesn’t do justice to the care that Jack is receiving... there is so much more. Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) is caring, warm, friendly and giv- ing. I feel as though this is part of my family now, as does Jack, I am sure.
  
  When Jack was in the rehab facility before he was admitted here, I had time to knit 40-50 hats for the underprivileged children. Here, I am so engaged (and having fun), that I am able to in- teract and focus not only on Jack’s needs, but on the others as well. My time with Jack is pre- cious, and you have made it so.
  
  I am impressed with the way that all of you residents. I am sure that your patience must wear very thin...but it never shows. The hugs abound and I can see how much joy you bring. You are truly making a difference here. The physical care is definitely superb, but the emotional care makes my heart whole
